We returned to this hotel after our first visit here a few years ago. The name has changed since the last time we were here. We loved it the first time and we were not disappointed when we stayed here again. The apartments are very modern and offer all facilities. I was very impressed at how clean the apartment was. Given it was off season, there were very few people staying at the hotel so it was very quiet which suited us perfectly as we were after a quiet relaxing break. The hot tub on the balcony is fantastic and it is checked every day to ensure it is as clean as possible. The view from the balcony is superb. This hotel would be fantastic in the snow season as it is so close to the main chair lift. It has a heated pool and spa facilities so would be great after a day skiing. There are a couple of restaurants and bars as well so food and libation during the snow season would never be a problem. We love being here in the off season and will certainly return in future. Stayed February 2016, travelled as a couple
We stayed in Falls Creek for three nights to attend a wedding. The location was superb, especially for us oldies, right on the main drag, which minimised the need to climb hills. Views are delightful. Rooms are clean and we'll appointed. However, despite the apparently vast number of mountain bikers and hikers traversing the area, a lot of the facilities/restos/shops in the village were closed, even though the resort is described on signage as " All Season". The hotel itself was clean, and very well appointed. Our apartment sported a modern washer/dryer, dishwasher, underfloor heating (turned off in summer, thank heavens), a well appointed kichen and two bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, but, I guess because it was not snow season, weren't always in attendance at the front desk. Not a great problem, but a minor nuisance. All in all, a positive experience for non-skiers in a ski resort. Stayed January 2016, travelled as a couple.
