We are thrilled the Bogong High Plains Road between Mt Beauty and Falls Creek was safely reopened on Sunday, 23rd April, two days ahead of schedule, and we are celebrating being able to welcome guests back this winter season for all that Falls Creek is famous for.
While it’s been a tough summer in Falls Creek the entire community is excited and ready to deliver an incredible winter kicking off with our Opening Weekend Festival starting on Saturday, June 10.
We'd like to thank Major Roads Projects Victoria, Alpine Resorts Victoria and the Department of Transport for the huge amount of work that has been undertaken since October to see the reopening of the Bogong High Plains Road. This is wonderful news for all skiers and boarders and our incredible mountain community.
